Chad Thanks Brendon Cooley
Hey team, here we are for Thankful Thursday. Today, I want to just share my gratitude and my thanks for Brendon Cooley.
Brendon, today is your day, man. I can’t tell you how much we appreciate you.
For those of you that haven’t met Brendon, which I can’t imagine, very many. Since he does a lot of our onboarding and training for new hires and bringing people in for unarmed security. He’s finished up getting low light baton and handcuffing, and so he’s now certified to teach those also.
We will get pepper spray and possibly taser training for him. He’s also scheduled here real soon to go through the firearms course for Washington State. Then we’ll get him Oregon certified right after that. I’m kind of excited about having another trainer on board that can do all the things that I can do.So that’ll free me up even more.
But again, Brendon does a lot more than that. He helps out with MCB badges and keeping things in line. He goes out and visits people. A number of people here, I’m sure has either received a fist bump. Possibly a Monster Energy drink, or a cup of coffee.
Brendon is just a seriously generous individual when it comes to his way of teaching and caring for other team members. We appreciate that because we happen to care very much about you.
So it’s great to have leaders like Brendon doing exactly what our core purpose and mission and values have to say, wrapped around those things.
Brendon is very valuable, and nothing less will do. And he shows that every day.
So, Brendon, today is your day, buddy. Thank you very much, and we appreciate you from the bottom of my heart, from Karen’s heart. We care very deeply about you and your family, and we thank you for the care you put into our family here.
All right, guys, God bless you. And if you see Brendon out there, you probably know he’s bringing you guys something special, whether it be dropping some serious truth and information to help you be a better officer or maybe he’s just bringing a soda pop.
All right, God bless you guys. I’ll talk to you next week.
