Officer Highlights: Officer Joshua Rivera

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Joshua Rivera. 

Since he joined our patrol team last year, Officer Rivera has striven to provide value to our team and clients alike.  Always willing to work extra shifts, learning and working multiple patrol districts, and always asking questions to better his own, as well as the team, understanding of sites and client expectations.   Recently, while patrolling a client’s property, he encountered a fire nearby.  Noticing the emergency, he immediately called 911 for Fire response, and in a situation where most would step back and wait for help to arrive, Officer Rivera jumped in to assess the situation to see what more he could do.  Despite the danger of propane tanks near an open flame, he stepped in to assist an individual with mobility issues get to safety.  His quick thinking and action helped save a life and allowed emergency responders to diffuse a situation that could have quickly become catastrophic and deadly.
