Chad Thanks Caid Vaughn

Hey team. Thankful Thursday, so I wanted to tell you a little story about somebody I’m thankful for, we should all be thankful for because of all the hard work that he puts in.

That person is Caid Vaughn, so let me explain to you why. Just this last week, we had a situation that took place that required some extra work. He had to come in on his day off over the weekend and help solve a problem. We ended up having to call me because I had to get involved in it, but my involvement was tiny. Caid took care of everything, and all I had to do was meet him somewhere, talk to somebody real quick, show my ID so that we could get what we needed done.

I am so, so thankful for Caid and his tireless dedication to our team and the progress of what goes on here. Caid, I can’t tell you how much I appreciate you, man. I told you that in a text message, and you just responded with you’re happy to help. That’s the reason we are thankful for Caid because he is happy to help. He shows that value and that ownership, that investment, that resolve to solve the problem as opposed to let it linger. I love that about Caid and so many other people here, but today is Caid’s day.

So if you see Caid around the office, give him a big hug or a fist bump. Tell him what an awesome guy he is. Just watch him work for a few minutes, and you’ll see the focus and the energy that he puts into the excellence that he provides to us every day.
