Chad Thanks Christian Stauffer
Hey team, happy Thursday. What are you thankful for? Thankful Thursday What are you thankful for?
For me and many others on our team, maybe even you, I am thankful for Christian Stauffer. He has been with us now for four and a half years. He’s almost running into five years here soon. It’s amazing how that time just flies. Oh, and it’s kind of funny that time flies. I was talking about that just in the last week or so. But Christian, dude, just one second, you’re amazing. We cannot tell you how much we love you.
Christian’s willingness to sacrifice and to do and get the big picture and to train and to coach. His heart and his passion for helping other team members and helping the clients and helping just your average citizen, even a homeless person on the street, to build a relationship with them and to help people. Christian has it in spades. He is such a great resource for knowledge and information. I couldn’t think of a better person to have the position as our training administrator.
He’s been helping out with hiring, he’s been pitching in here, pitching in there, still working over in the central east side and overseeing people’s stuff there. Christian is really stepping up as best he can to assist in so many different ways. Maybe even to the point where we’re spreading him a little bit too thin and we need to regroup.
I don’t know about you, but when I was a little kid, we had this little Stretch Armstrong doll. We wanted to find out how far he could stretch, so you take an arm, you take an arm, and take a leg, take a leg, and all of a sudden we’re like pulling him way out. I think that sometimes some of our leaders, and probably Christian right now, might be feeling like he’s at Stretch Armstrong, a little action figure. That he’s being stretched. I cannot tell you, Christian, how much I love and appreciate your hard work and dedication. I don’t want to overwhelm you, but I do want you to know that we are thankful for you.
So if you haven’t met Christian Stauffer, which I find hard to believe because now he’s doing a lot of the hiring classes and different things, but we might have some team members that are on board that haven’t met him.
When we get to Cinco de Mayo and we start busting that piñata. When you see Christian walking around because that’s our probably next party. It’s going to be Cinco de Mayo, man, that’s coming up here just in another month or so. We had like five, six, seven weeks, something like that, so we gotta bust a move on that. And maybe we’ll have another Alex Trebek situation with Christian and do some real fun stuff.
But we’re looking forward to spending time with all of you, and Christian will have an opportunity to show you how awesome he truly is. And you’ll run into him in trainings and different things coming up here in the very near future anyway.
Alright, Christian Stauffer, thank you so much. The rest of us, let’s get back to work. We’ve got some value to be propositioning out here because we know that being valuable is the only thing that matters because nothing less will do.
Alright, guys, God bless you. I’ll see you next week.
