Officer Highlight: Officer Ivesha Harris

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Ivesha Harris. 

Ofc. Harris has been with Northwest Enforcement since summer of last year.  Originally joining the team as an onsite, she moved into the dispatch role at the start of this year, where she has truly shown her value to the whole team.  Whether it be on the phone, or greeting people at the door, she always puts forward a friendly, positive energy in all her interactions.  With empathy and compassion for others, she always makes sure she has the right answer and never hesitates to ask to ensure she is always providing the best value to our clients, and the team.  Officer Harris consistently shows desire to grow and help the team and recently helped the Operations team put together an amazing weekend plan to utilize the team in the best way and provide the highest value to the clients, despite the challenges presented.
