Chad Thanks David Bacarella

Hey team, all right. By the background, you can tell what is today. That’s right. It is Thankful Thursday, and we are so very thankful. Thankful for so many things. But today, in particular, I want to share with you how thankful I, and many other team members here are with David Bacarella.

For those of you that are new, which we have many of you that are new because we’re doing a huge hiring campaign right now. David is your first person that you get to meet. He’s our gatekeeper, he is the cheerleader. He is the person that is looking for men and women of caliber. People that fit our core values, and he’s doing a fabulous job.

I don’t think there has been a day that has gone by or meeting that I’ve had with some team leader that has mentioned what a great job David is doing. And so David, we are thankful for you. Your dedication, your hard work, your motivation, your inspiration, and the knowledge that you have in the industry. You came here with a lot of experience. That shows because you’re doing a fabulous job, and we are so thankful to have you amongst the team. You fit with our core values, you lead with your heart, and we appreciate you. So thank you.

Today is David’s day, so God bless you, and God bless all of you. And I’m looking forward to many great things in the future with everybody else that we are bringing on, that David continues to interview like a madman. He is doing amazing stuff, bringing in great men and women. And because there are so many of you that are new. You should be thankful for David too, because he recognized your greatness out of that crowd of many applicants, and you are now here on this team.

So again, David, thank you so much. And for the rest of us, we need to get out there and be as valuable as David because we know nothing less would do. All right, I’ll see you guys next week.
