Great Actions

Hey team. Here it is, Workshop Wednesday. May is almost concluded and I’m so excited to be here with you again this week.

Theodore Roosevelt said this. It’s kind of a cool quote I like it. “great thoughts speak only to the thoughtful mind the great actions speak to all mankind.”

Great actions speak to all mankind.

I think most people, especially my wife, will say that I am a man of action. When I set my mind on something to do, I do it and I accomplish it. I seek out to make it happen. I am a person of action and I believe in benefiting all mankind. And I believe that Northwest Enforcement is a company of great actions and that we are filled with men and women of action. I love great thought, I love sitting and reading. I love contemplating and I love thinking but that only benefits me. When I put my thoughts and my dreams into action then I benefit others.

I’m not looking to just benefit myself. I’m looking to see things grow and transverse and make things happen.

And I’m so glad that you’re here with me to do the same thing because we want to be men and women of action. When we’re doing that for Multnomah County, for the Portland area, for Longview, for Vancouver. We are seeing an unprecedented change in the amount of value that people are recognizing our company above others.

While we’re a pretty decent-sized company and going to be in a relatively short period of time almost double the size we were in January. Maybe even more than double the size we were in January. That’s hard to believe. We’re not even halfway through the year and by the time we get to halfway through the year it’s very likely that we’re going to be almost double the size that we were on January 1st. That’s unprecedented growth. 100% growth in under six months. It’s unprecedented in this market. That’s unprecedented. Yeah, I’m pausing for effect because that is unprecedented.

Great things are happening and you’re a part of a great team.

I am thankful to have you here as men and women of action to accomplish the value our communities need in this market, at this time. We need more of you. Do you have a friend? Two thousand dollars. You guys have seen them. Seen the little flyer? You heard the video earlier this month or last month, I guess it was.

I’m telling you right now, we want to be men and women of action and we are accomplishing great successes every day. We’re hearing great things that are coming from our clients about you.

It’s a bumpy ride for sure but you are contributing to something amazing. You are a part of something amazing and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate you. Our team leaders appreciate your dedication, your self-sacrifice, and your hard work. Our community appreciates your focus day in and day out as you continue to strive to be awesome. Everybody’s awesome when you’re on a team…right? Yeah, I watch The Lego Movie too. I got two little boys, you know what I’m talking about.

God bless you, guys. Be valuable because nothing less will do and I know you are because we are growing and we are doing great things. We are valuable in our community and that is because of your focus, your dedication, and your will to be a part of something greater than yourself. So thank you for that. I look forward to our future because it is bright and amazing. It’s bumpy but we are leveling out and we are going to see some amazing things through the summer.
