Grateful For Our Strong Leadership Team
Hey team. So, Roman philosopher Cicero, way back before even Jesus was born, said that gratitude is not only the greatest of virtues, but it is the parent of all others. I kind of like that because it got me thinking about our core values.
Monday Message is about our core values—gratitude, right? People that are humble, like our core values talk about, not too proud to pick up trash. People who are invested, who own it, people who are transparent, have resolve. And people that like to eat cake. People that are valuable, because nothing less will do. They are doing something bigger than themselves. That’s what Northwest Enforcement is about. It’s those core values, that purpose behind what we do and why we do it.
So when you have those values mixed together, when they mesh together, when they build together, ultimately, it’s easy to have gratitude. It’s easy to be grateful. And we have so many things to be grateful for. I think about the fact that I woke up this morning with my family, went for a nice walk with my wife, and I got to talk to some team members as soon as I got back from being on a long, full-week trip with some of our executive team. I am so grateful.
So, I have so much gratitude for the team members who joined me on that trip and the hard work that they put in every day, every hour to be amazing. They still were working while they were on the trip. They were learning, they were growing. But even in between, they were still helping out. I’m so grateful and have so much gratitude for the team members, the leaders that were back here keeping the operation running while all the executive team were on a trip somewhere else, thousands of miles away. I have so much gratitude for the leaders that are below them who were running the night operations, taking care of business, and making sure that the house didn’t burn down.
I am so thankful for the officers. You, each and every one of you, that showed up for work every day and did your job to greatness. I found out this morning in a team meeting that we got four separate officers who received four separate acknowledgments from a client. That’s amazing, right? I mean, it is gratitude upon gratitude is coming in. Our clients are grateful for us, and we are grateful for you.
So, on this Monday, have a little gratitude for what you do and where you’re at. Be grateful for another team member or for maybe the client and the way that they respect you so well. I am so grateful for you. We need to be grateful for each other. Thank you, and remember, guys, be valuable because nothing less will do. God bless you. Have a wonderful rest of your week. Did you know it’s June? It’s awesome. All right, talk to you soon.
