Officer Highlight: Officer Dallas Forman

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Dallas Forman. 

Officer Forman has been on the patrol team with Northwest Enforcement for nearly two years.  In that time he has grown into his role, taking time to learn as many districts and sites as he can.  Over the last few months, he has translated that knowledge to helping the team in a variety of ways.  With helping out neighboring districts, taking open shifts as needed, and even coaching and developing new team members by sharing his knowledge and insight as they learn.  Officer Forman does all of this while still maintaining a team-based approach in sharing thoughts and insights to help the team grown and succeed.   

Officer Dallas Forman, thank you for all you do to help Northwest Enforcement provide the best service possible to the communities and clients we serve.  Your resolve and dedication is noticed and appreciated by the team.  Thank you for being a ROCKSTAR!!!!
