Officer Highlight: Sergeant Jake Frazier

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Sergeant Jake Frazier. 

Sgt. Frazier has consistently demonstrated exceptional self-direction and proactivity in both field and office duties. Notably, he has reorganized the garage and uniform storage room, ensuring a well-maintained and efficient workspace. His dedication extends to small yet impactful gestures, such as providing clean towels for patrol vehicle cleaning and setting up candy dishes in the lobby and squad room. Sgt. Frazier’s commitment to going above and beyond is evident through his continuous initiative in improving the team’s quality of life, without seeking recognition. He exemplifies our core values and is a reliable and supportive team player.
