Officer Highlight: Lieutenant Caleb Haggard

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Lieutenant Caleb Haggard.

Lieutenant Caleb Haggard has consistently demonstrated a remarkable ability to run operations efficiently, ensuring that each site he visits is managed with precision and care. His keen eye for finding the positives in every situation has proven invaluable, fostering a constructive and optimistic atmosphere among his colleagues and those he serves.

Lt. Haggard’s natural coaching ability shines through as he effortlessly mentors individuals. His willingness to share knowledge and expertise uplifts the entire team. With a consistently positive attitude, Lt. Haggard tackles each shift with enthusiasm, going above and beyond to clear the districts and ensuring the safety and security of the communities we serve. Since assuming the Patrol Lead position on July 2nd, 2023, Lt. Haggard has continued to excel.
