Officer Highlight: Sergeant Tammy Minnick

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Sergeant Tammy Minnick.

In just two months since taking over the lead role at the Port Westward site, Sgt. Minnick has showcased exceptional adaptability, quick learning, and a strong work ethic. Her remarkable flexibility became particularly evident during a challenging period when the bridge access to Port Westward faced a sudden 1.5-week closure. Sgt. Minnick went above and beyond by proactively making arrangements to ensure that the site maintained uninterrupted coverage despite the logistical hurdle.

Sgt. Minnick’s effective communication skills have fostered a collaborative work environment, ensuring seamless interactions with her team. Her excellent attendance record and punctuality set a gold standard for reliability within the team. Sgt. Minnick’s journey with us has just begun, but her influence is undeniable, making her a true asset to the Northwest Enforcement family. We look forward to witnessing her continued growth.
