Happy Thanksgiving 2023
Hey team, here I am. It is Workshop Wednesday. It is Thanksgiving tomorrow, and I know that some of you are off. I know that some of you are working. I want to say a huge thank you to all of you. Regardless if you’re working tomorrow and making time and a half. I hope that you also have been able to make a little bit of time to eat some pumpkin pie. Have a little bit of turkey and gravy and enjoy time with loved ones, either before your shift or after your shift.
And I want to say thank you for being part of our family. For doing the great things that you do every day and work so hard. For those of you that are off, enjoy that. I have worked a lot of Thanksgivings in my life and not had a lot of time off. So it is a very thankful moment when I get that time off and get to spend it with family. Be thankful that someone else might be working a shift that you yourself are freed up from for this year.
For some of you that maybe don’t have a lot of family nearby and want to take on that extra work. I want to say thank you for stepping up to make the overtime. Raise your hand and take a shift so that somebody with a family might be able to spend time with their family. I spent a lot of time overseas on a lot of holidays and Christmas and things like that. I’ve even been taken in by families while on mission and had them invite me into their home. What a great thing when you’re not able to be near family. Being able to get together with other families and have them celebrate you and the hard work that you do. Again, I want to say thank you.
This has been an amazing year. It’s been a tough year for many of us, but it has been a productive year, and you have been a huge part of the great things that we’re doing here at Northwest Enforcement because of all your dedication, your hard work, and your effort. Thank you, leaders. For leading so well and for loving and caring for the team so well. Thank you to our executive team. And our administrator that put in so many midnight hours to make sure that things work so well. Thank you, guys.
Thank you, logistics, for making sure that the radios are working. The internet is on point, that the copier prints when we hit print, and that the cars are working and that the buildings don’t have leaks. Thank you guys for all of your hard work. I’m very thankful to each and every one of you. Karen and I want to extend our heartfelt gratitude toward each and every one of you and remind you that in just a few short days (I mean, we’re right around the corner) from our two Christmas parties.
So, I want to say thank you again and invite you one more time to come and join us for this amazing time that we’re going to get together to give away some presents, give away some prizes, have a white elephant gift, and to love on each other. But today, tomorrow is about Thanksgiving, and we are so thankful, both as a country, as a company, and as individuals.
So God bless you, and I pray that it is a wonderful, wonderful time to be thankful with friends and family. Happy Thanksgiving. Talk to you next week. Bye, see you.
