Officer Highlight: Officer Kelly Cooney

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Kelly Cooney.

Since joining our team in May 2023, Ofc. Cooney has exemplified our core values and the qualities that make a truly outstanding patrol officer. His impeccable attendance and positive attitude have set a high standard for his peers.

Ofc. Cooney is not only an invested team player but also someone who actively seeks ways to contribute beyond his duties. Recently, he demonstrated his commitment to the team by voluntarily adjusting his schedule to fill an opening on the other half of the week for his patrol district. What truly sets Ofc. Cooney apart is his willingness to assist other districts without even being asked. His proactive approach and eagerness to support his fellow team members showcases his genuine dedication to ensuring the safety and well-being of the communities we serve.
