As part of our onboarding process at Northwest Enforcement, all team members undergo comprehensive pre-assignment training. We take great pride in delivering top-notch instruction that exceeds the state-mandated requirements. Our in-house training program not only covers essential skills but also integrates our core values. This approach ensures that our officers are equipped with the necessary tools, knowledge, and character to excel in their roles.

• DPSST/DOL Training: To meet state certification standards, you’ll complete specialized training that aligns with local regulations and industry best practices. This certification is crucial for ensuring you’re fully compliant and capable in your role.
• First Aid Training: Safety is a top priority at NEI, which is why all new team members complete First Aid/CPR/AED training. This course prepares you to handle emergencies confidently, ensuring the well-being of yourself and those around you in various situations.
• Orientation: Our orientation program immerses you in NEI’s culture and values. You’ll learn about our core values, our mission, policies, and procedures, setting a solid foundation for your career with us.
