NEI Operations Team

Led by our Executive Director of Operations, our operations team is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of our security services and training of our team. They work together to deliver consistent, high-quality service and support that meets our clients’ needs and upholds our standards of excellence.

Regional Administrators: (Longview & Portland): Oversees our regional patrol and onsite teams, ensuring all operations run smoothly. Their duties include scheduling, quality control, billing, payroll, and team coordination. Regional administrators also provide logistics support as needed, maintaining seamless integration of our services within their regions.

Training Administrator: Ensures that our team members receive comprehensive training, equipping them with the skills needed to deliver exceptional service. Their duties include overseeing internal and external candidates and courses, including both state certification training and advanced security training. They oversee the maintenance of training core processes, ensuring that all certifications and renewals are up-to-date and compliant. Our training administration is also responsible for third-party training.

Operations Coordinator(s): Oversees our field team’s performance, providing direct coaching and performance management. Their duties include managing daily operations, including scheduling, timekeeping, and quality control, ensuring that every aspect of our service meets our high standards of excellence.

NEI Human Resources & Finance Team

Led by our Executive Director of HR & Finance, our HR & Finance team is responsible for ensuring the seamless management of our human resources and financial operations. They also ensure transparency in our interactions with team members and clients.

Culture Administrator: Fosters a workplace culture that embodies our mission and core values. Their duties include leading and managing the team, with a particular focus on recruitment and retention to align with client and contract needs. Our culture administrator also plays a key role in team member engagement, organizing events such as team celebrations and sending out weekly video messages to keep the team connected and motivated.

HR Coordinator: Provides comprehensive HR support, including candidate screening and interview scheduling to ensure a smooth hiring process. They manage new team member onboarding, helping to integrate new hires into our company culture effectively. Additionally, our human resources coordinator handles HR data entry, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for our team.

Finance Administrator: Oversees the financial operations of Northwest Enforcement, managing the finance coordinator and ensuring smooth payroll processing. Their duties include handling all aspects of finance and budgeting, as well as providing corporate support.

Finance Coordinator: Provides payroll support, contributes to corporate financial support, and performs journal entries for recordkeeping and account balancing. Their duties include handling accounts payable, ensuring timely bill payments for vendors and utilities, and managing accounts receivable, including client billing.

NEI Logistics Team

Led by our Executive Director of Logistics, our logistics team is responsible for ensuring the effective management and operation of all logistical aspects at Northwest Enforcement.

Logistics Administrator: Oversees the logistical operations that form the backbone of our security teams. Their duties include providing billing support, overseeing technology management and projects, and handling asset management. Our logistics administrator also manages auto claims and inventory management.

SRT Developer: Responsible for creating and maintaining software modules and components essential for our operations. Their duties include managing our database and server infrastructure and ensuring optimal performance and security. Clients can access our 24/7 online reporting dashboard from our website, providing continuous, reliable service to our clients. Additionally, our SRT developer oversees web hosting to support our technological needs and maintain seamless online operations.

Fleet & Facilities Administrator: Manages the maintenance and repair of our fleet, overseeing nearly 40 vehicles to ensure they remain in optimal condition. Their duties also include handling facilities management, including the upkeep and repair of our physical locations to support smooth daily operations.

NEI Sales & Marketing Team

Led by our Executive Director of Sales & Marketing, our sales and marketing team is responsible for driving growth and managing client relationships at Northwest Enforcement.

Business Development Manager: Focuses on expanding our client base and driving growth. Their responsibilities include sales prospecting and planning to identify and target potential clients. They handle sales negotiations and closing deals, ensuring successful outcomes. Our business development manager also manages client onboarding, facilitating a smooth transition and integration for new clients.

Business Development Coordinator: Focuses on managing client relationships and handling incoming sales inquiries. They proactively seek new sales opportunities and manage records and insurance certificates to ensure compliance and proper documentation. This role supports the sales team by maintaining strong client connections and contributing to the overall growth strategy.
