Your First Week with Northwest Enforcement: Hands-On Training for Success
Congratulations! You’ve completed your team member onboarding and pre-assignment training. It’s time for on-the-job training that will set you up for success in your new role at Northwest Enforcement. In your first week, you will work closely with our field leaders to prepare fully for your role’s duties and responsibilities.
Our commitment to excellence extends beyond our team to the clients we serve. Your first week is not just about equipping you with the necessary skills. It’s about ensuring that every officer is aligned with our core values and mission. Your first week sets the stage for you to deliver value consistently, as you become a trusted partner in safeguarding our clients’ assets and people.
On-Site Officer Training
For our on-site officers, the first full shift is critical. Your field leader will walk you through the key aspects of your post. This isn’t just a quick overview. They will spend significant time with you, often the entire shift, to ensure you’re comfortable and confident.
Together, you’ll review the post orders, walk through expected patrol routes, and go over reporting requirements. This approach helps you understand the nuances of your specific site.
Patrol Officer Training
If you’re joining us as a patrol officer, your first week will involve riding along with an experienced officer. This experience allows you to observe, learn, and gradually take on responsibilities. Over the course of the week, you’ll shadow the officer and then gradually transition into the primary role, handling site-specific post orders and reporting duties.
The thorough training you receive during this week ensures that you can contribute to our mission from the very beginning, providing peace of mind to our clients. Whether you’re walking the patrol routes or handling site-specific reporting, your readiness directly reflects the high standards that define Northwest Enforcement. Your first week is just the beginning of your journey with NEI, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
