Officer Highlight: Officer Kimberly Pagao

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Kimberly Pagao.

Ofc. Pagao joined our team in April 2024, and in just three months, she has already made a significant impact at NEI. Her willingness to step up and assist her team by picking up graveyard dispatch shifts, allowing our night dispatchers to support our field officers, showcases her investment in our core purpose to be valuable. Her flexibility is a standout quality that supports our clients and our team.

Ofc. Pagao always has a positive attitude that uplifts other team members. She consistently asks insightful questions, demonstrating her commitment to understanding and improving NEI operations. Her dedication to providing excellent service to our clients shows she’s embodied our core values of transparency and resolve.
