Officer Highlight: Officer James Bailey

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer James Bailey.

Earlier this month, Officer Bailey encountered an individual in need of immediate medical attention during his patrol. Demonstrating his unwavering investment to our community’s safety, Officer Bailey quickly assessed the situation and jumped into action. He promptly called 911, ensuring that medical assistance was en route. While waiting for the emergency responders, he performed CPR, providing critical care until the first responders arrived and took over care of the individual.

Officer Bailey’s composure and swift response in an emergency situation reflect his dedication to protecting and serving our community. His actions potentially saved a life, embodying the very essence of what it means to be a Northwest Enforcement officer. This incident is a testament to his resolve, the investment he places in his role and the way he has made our core values part of his daily life.
