Officer Highlight: Officer Kelly Cooney

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Kelly Cooney.

Ofc. Cooney has brought his positive attitude and dedication to the dispatch team with the same resolve and commitment that made him a standout as a patrol officer. Since transferring to dispatch at the end of June 2024, he has grown in the position with humility, constantly willing to ask questions and learn. His willingness to take on training responsibilities for his previous patrol district shows his investment in the team’s success. Ofc. Cooney is an all-around team player and he exemplifies the core values that make Northwest Enforcement unique.
