Officer Highlight: Officer Jacob Coder

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Jacob Coder.

Since joining our team in 2019, Ofc. Coder has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to being valuable to our team and the communities we serve. His willingness to cover extra shifts during extended holiday hours and step up to work longer shifts to ensure all sites are covered is the perfect example of our core value of resolve.

He is always prepared to put in the extra effort, often taking on 12-hour shifts instead of his usual 8, all while maintaining clear and detailed logs. Ofc. Coder’s dedication to being there when it matters most is a testament to his strong work ethic and his genuine investment in our mission.
