Officer Highlight: Officer Debra Golding

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Debra Golding.

Since joining our team in June 2022, Ofc. has become an exceptional and dependable team player. She consistently steps up when extra coverage is needed, often filling in for call-outs without hesitation. Her reliability has not only strengthened our team but also assured clients that their safety and security remain our top priority. Since moving from night to day, she’s shown incredible adaptability while also increasing her impact. Over the past two months, Ofc. Golding has submitted more than 60 incident reports. Her diligence in conducting detailed safety checks demonstrates her commitment to being valuable, because nothing less will do.

What truly sets Ofc. Golding apart is her positive attitude and passion for her work. Her enthusiasm shines through in every check-in. Whether she’s greeting a team member, engaging with a client, or interacting with the public, her warmth and dedication never go unnoticed.
