Officer Highlight: Officer Josiah Mofford

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Josiah Mofford.

Since joining our team in August 2024, Ofc. Mofford has consistently demonstrated his commitment to our core values. As a part-time officer, he goes above and beyond by regularly picking up additional shifts to support the team. His reliability and willingness to help whenever needed reflect his resolve and investment in both Northwest Enforcement and the clients we serve.

Ofc. Mofford also exemplifies the value of transparent communication. His regular updates to dispatch ensure smooth operations, and his detailed DARs provide clients with the insights they need to feel confident in our services.
