Support Others Success

Support Others Success

Good morning, team.

As we wrap up the month of February—wow, it’s hard to believe that’s really true, but it is—I came across a quote that made me think about us as a team and as individuals. It says: “Supporting another person’s success will never ruin yours.”

“Supporting another person’s success will never ruin yours.”

I like that. It aligns with our core values of being valuable—nothing less will do—and being invested in those around us.

I know this is a Wednesday Workshop, but I wanted to share how important it is to understand that helping someone else succeed isn’t going to prevent you from achieving your own success. As I’ve said many times before, the truth is that when I help someone else, blessings and opportunities seem to come my way as well.

Some of the greatest successes in history have happened because great minds came together, challenged one another’s thinking, and spurred on more great things. Many of the advancements we enjoy today exist because courageous men and women put themselves out there, collaborated with others, and encouraged each other toward success.

Of course, not all success is achieved honorably—some people take advantage of others. But time and again, I’ve seen those who remain motivated to help others succeed continue to find success themselves.

As you go through this week and the rest of this year, I encourage you to see others not as stepping stones for your own greatness, but as people you can lift up. When you support others, when you help others rise, people will take notice. Suddenly, you’ll find yourself in a different leadership role, experiencing new growth, greater happiness, and more success.

There’s plenty of success to go around. There’s enough to share. So help someone else succeed, and you’ll realize that your own success hasn’t been diminished—it’s been multiplied. Opportunities will come your way because of your willingness to support, encourage, and add value to someone else’s journey.

Be valuable. Nothing less will do.

I’ll see you next week. God bless you all, and have a wonderful week.
