Officer Highlight: Lieutenant Jake Frazier

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Lieutenant Jake Frazier.

Lt. Frazier has been an invaluable member of the Northwest Enforcement team for over four years and was recently promoted to Lieutenant and site supervisor. This promotion comes as no surprise, as Lt. Frazier consistently embodies NEI’s core values, demonstrating humility, transparency, and an unwavering resolve. Stepping into his new role, Lt. Frazier has exceeded expectations, taking on challenges with confidence. His commitment to “Be Valuable…Because Nothing Less Will Do” is evident in how he leads by example. As a leader, he has seamlessly transitioned into his expanded responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation of his site while mentoring fellow officers.
