Officer Highlight: Officer Estell Williams

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Estell Williams.

Since joining the team in October, Ofc. Williams has proven to be an invaluable asset. She consistently steps up to pick up extra shifts and is eager to learn new sites, demonstrating her investment in our team and to our clients. Her commitment to transparency is evident in her detailed reporting—she has nearly doubled the required number of reports for her position, ensuring that her photos provide clear documentation. Her attention to detail brings added value to our clients, reinforcing our core purpose to Be Valuable. Nothing Less Will Do.
