2025 Thank You

Thank You 2025

Hey Team! This is kind of a different day. This is not Monday. It’s not Wednesday. This is Thank You Thursday.

Thank you, Thursday. What does that mean? Well, I wanted to say thank you. There are so many people to say thank you to. So I thought I would just throw a huge shout-out to the entire company and say thank you.

So many of you, in these last couple of months—and especially in these last few weeks—have taken on extra shifts. You’ve given up your time, your precious time sleeping, and it doesn’t fall short on me that, yes, I know you’re getting paid time and a half. But sometimes, that’s just not enough. It’s great, but it’s not always enough.

And I wanted to say thank you—a special thank you—for being valuable, because nothing less will do. I want you to recognize how thankful and appreciative we all are for each other and how much Karen and I appreciate each and every one of you so deeply.

Our clients, too. We’ve had a number of emergency action situations that have come up last minute. You’ve received calls from dispatch. You’ve received calls from leaders, and they’ve asked you to give up your precious time and come in to work at overtime—but to come in nonetheless. And you guys, at the drop of a hat, time and time again, have selflessly continued to step up and be valuable to our community and to each other.

For that, we are eternally grateful. So thank you for all that hard work and for your continued efforts of being valuable and doing great things.

We have some really great things, I think, on the horizon. We’ve just done a new set of videos recently, and we have a number of things coming up. We’ve had a number of sporadic, one-time, one-off situations that have come up, but I think that many of those are going to translate into relationships that are going to spur more business and help us grow.

Because of you, we were able to say yes many times over—because you were willing to sacrifice a little for the greater good of all of us benefiting.

I hope you enjoyed your overtime. I hope you get to do something special with it. Or at least your wife took it from you and is doing something special with it. Or you’re paying off a bill, using that smart dollar and putting it to work. And if that’s the case, well, God bless you for that too.

Thank you again so much, and have a wonderful Thursday. See you next week.
