1190
Hey team! All right, so here we are. It is Monday, and today I have kind of a Monday Message, core value wrapped in, and a Thank You Thursday all together in one little statement. And the word for the day is 1190.
Some of you know just when I said it—you know what it means. Probably our patrol officers know, because I know it’s something that they’ve been focused on. They work really hard at it. Our leaders keep pushing people. But everybody should know this: 1190. That is how many reports you guys—our team—wrote in one week. 1,190 reports.
Our core value purpose is to be valuable. Nothing less will do. 1190 is value.
Every time you write a report, it’s one of your KRAs. On-site officers, two reports every week. In a 40-hour period, you should be able to find two things that are noteworthy for the client. Whether it be a maintenance report, a suspicious person report, it doesn’t matter what it is. Ultimately, high-value stuff that shows you’re paying attention, you’re noticing things going on, and you’re telling the client that their security dollars are well spent.
And you’re doing it. You’re killing it every week. I’ve been looking at our weekly report numbers, and they keep climbing. They keep climbing. We surpassed 750 a few months back, and I was overjoyed. You guys have almost doubled that. You’re killing it. 1190—what a great thing.
It shows investment. Not only does it meet our core purpose of being valuable, but it shows our individual team-focused investment in showing that we care about our clients and their customers and their guests. That is awesome.
It shows our resolve. Our ability to stay focused, even when it’s cold, when it’s hot, when it’s raining, when we’ve got sleet. We’re staying focused. We’re out there on mission. When we’re tired, we stay on mission regardless. We’re writing reports regardless. And we’re doing a great job of it.
So I am so proud of you guys. You should be proud of yourselves. This is an accomplishment. This is noteworthy. And I have no doubt that you’re going to double and triple down on this, and we’re going to keep getting better.
I’m not asking you to go out and write silly reports. Obviously, that’s not what we’re talking about. We’re talking about just paying attention. The more you pay attention, the more you focus, the more you notice, then you document. And it makes the client recognize that their security dollars are well spent.
So keep being valuable. Keep being awesome, keep being invested, keep showing resolve. Keep it up.
I am so proud of you guys. Sonia is so proud of you guys. I know that your leads are so proud of you guys. So keep that hard work and effort moving forward. It translates to more contracts.
Our sales team can share that. How cool is it to walk into a prospective business and say, “How do you get your reports? Well, here’s how we give ours. In fact, our team just wrote 1,190 reports in a single week.”
We’re averaging over a thousand reports a week from our team members across the board. That’s what we do. We focus on that. We focus on providing value. If we provide more than a thousand reports a week, that’s over 52,000 reports every year.
You guys are killing it. I’m so proud of you.
So pat yourself on the back, or have your neighbor pat you on the back (not too hard), and we’ll see you next week.
Remember: keep being valuable. Nothing less will do. God bless you guys. I am so proud of you. Thank you.
