Officer Highlight: Officer Tiffanie Martin

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Tiffanie Martin.

Ofc. Martin joined our team in January 2025, as a School Safety Officer and quickly set the tone for excellence. Within her first month, she stepped into the role of flagging lead, showcasing her natural leadership and resolve. She completed her online school safety training ahead of schedule and consistently delivers the highest number of well-written reports. She routinely demonstrates her investment in the job and her dedication to being valuable…nothing less will do.

On site, her impact has been undeniable. School staff regularly send in praise, saying she was a good choice and that she’s building appropriate strong relationships with students. They’re continually impressed by how many students turn over banned items when she engages with them—a reflection of the trust and respect she’s earned in such a short time. Ofc. Martin leads with humility, gets results with care, and is already making a difference in the lives of the students she serves.
