Officer Highlight: Officer Christopher Donley

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Christopher Donley.

Since joining NEI in October, Ofc. Donley has proven himself to be the kind of officer every team wants on duty. He immediately took initiative. When assigned to a new site, he visited ahead of time to walk the property and familiarize himself with every detail, even reading through the site’s website to better understand the client’s expectations. Most recently, Officer Donley has made a remarkable impression at one of our new client sites. Residents and the property management team alike have praised his visibility, consistency, and professionalism.

His dedication and follow-through reflect our core value of being invested and speak directly to our purpose: Be Valuable. Nothing Less Will Do. He is also a team player through and through. Whether it’s stepping up to pick up extra shifts or lending support to his fellow officers, his investment to the team never goes unnoticed. His work ethic, humility, and attention to detail make him a reliable and trusted presence on every site he serves.
