Officer Highlight: Sergeant Tammy Minnick

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Sergeant Tammy Minnick.

Since joining NEI in June of 2023, Sgt. Minnick has shown an unwavering commitment to our core purpose—Be Valuable. Nothing Less Will Do. She quickly established herself as a reliable and valued team member at Port Westward and has demonstrated significant growth in her position, taking on an increased leadership role. Her ability to build and maintain strong client relationships has been a standout quality, reflecting her transparency and investment in both the team and the site she oversees.

Sgt. Minnick consistently steps up when needed, often volunteering for shifts without hesitation. Her actions speak volumes about her resolve and willingness to support her fellow officers and the mission of NEI. Recently celebrating two years at NEI, her steady presence and strong leadership have been vital in promoting stability and excellence at her post.
