Officer Highlight: Officer Morgan Smith

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Morgan Smith.

Since joining the team in early March, Ofc. Smith has quickly made an impact by stepping up wherever needed, often picking up extra shifts. His ability to adapt across multiple patrol zones without missing a beat is a clear reflection of his flexibility, problem-solving mindset, and dedication to the mission.

Ofc. Smith exemplifies what it means to “Be Valuable. Nothing Less Will Do.” Whether covering gaps in the schedule or helping ensure our highest-hit districts are fully supported, his willingness to serve wherever needed makes him a dependable teammate and a trusted presence for the communities we protect.
