Officer Highlight: Officer Jackie Olson

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Jackie Olson.

Since joining NEI as an onsite officer in August of 2024, Ofc. Olson has proven herself to be an incredibly reliable and committed team member. Her willingness to ask questions, even when unsure, and push forward with resolve shows her dedication to our core value of transparency. She always chooses to seek clarity for post orders rather than guess. She consistently steps up, often picking up shifts on short notice and covering multiple locations, including filling in at additional sites while maintaining excellent performance at her regular site.

Ofc. Olson’s investment in the team shines through in every shift she covers, especially in her quick response to help with call-offs. Her dependability and team-first attitude exemplify what it means to Be Valuable for our team and our client.
