Officer Highlight: Officer Dustin Schimelpfenig

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Dustin Schimelpfenig.

Since joining our team in early January 2025, Ofc. Schimelpfenig has brought a positive and reliable presence to our team at Cowlitz County. He consistently shows up with a smile and a can-do attitude, embodying our core value of resolve. His steady presence at his site every Sunday has not only provided dependable coverage but has also supported our mission to keep communities safe and secure. The number of shifts he’s stepped up to cover clearly reflects his dedication and investment in our team.

As an onsite officer, Ofc. Schimelpfenig has already made an impact in just his first 90 days with us. We’re excited to see how he continues to grow within NEI. Officers like him, who show up consistently and help fill in where needed, are at the heart of Northwest Enforcement.
