Officer Highlight: Officer Charles McCord

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Charles McCord.

Since joining the team in September 2024, Ofc. McCord has consistently demonstrated what it means to “Be Valuable. Nothing Less Will Do.” He brings flexibility and focus to every shift, frequently volunteering to cover extra posts. Whether it’s learning a new site or expanding his skill set, Ofc. McCord approaches every opportunity with a humble attitude and a strong sense of team commitment.

Recently, a client took the time to share how much they appreciated his respectful and effective approach when engaging with unhoused individuals on their property. Officers like McCord prove that being invested in the community and transparent in your actions truly make a difference.
