Officer Highlight: Officer Joshua Ward

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Joshua Ward.

Since joining the team in January 2025, Ofc. Ward has shown a clear dedication to learning and supporting others. As an onsite officer at Cowlitz County, he quickly became a reliable and knowledgeable presence across multiple sites. His willingness to lend a hand wherever needed and his enthusiasm for additional training opportunities reflect both his humble approach to teamwork and his investment in doing the job well.

Now past his 90-day mark, Ofc. Ward continues to demonstrate his resolve by stepping up and making himself a valuable resource for the team. His eagerness to grow and his strong site knowledge have already made a noticeable impact and we’re excited to watch him grow in Northwest Enforcement.
