Officer Highlight: Officer Jacob Watson

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Jacob Watson.

Ofc. Jacob Watson joined the Northwest Enforcement team in December 2023, as a patrol officer. He initially served as a patrol officer and did a solid job in that role, but his recent move to Cowlitz County has truly allowed him to shine. In this new environment, Ofc. Watson has shown just how invested he is, not only in the security of the space but in the people within it. His warm demeanor, ever-present smile, and courteous approach have earned him multiple kudos from County employees, many of whom have noted how valued and respected he makes them feel.

Ofc. Watson exemplifies our mission to keep communities safe and secure. His ability to create a welcoming, safe environment speaks to his humble attitude and his strong resolve to serve well. It’s clear that he’s in the right seat, and we’re proud to have him representing NEI with such integrity and heart.
