Officer Highlight: Officer Darren Smith

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Darren Smith.

Celebrating his fifth anniversary with us this past July, Ofc. Smith has consistently shown what it means to Be Valuable. Known as the life of the party, he brings positive energy to every shift, whether it’s with a quick joke, a magic trick, or a word of encouragement that keeps morale high.

Beyond his upbeat attitude, Ofc. Smith exemplifies flexibility and resolve. Whether stepping into a new patrol district, taking on onsite assignments, or helping the night shift meet goals, he’s always ready to learn, adapt, and contribute wherever he’s needed most. His dedication to team success and willingness to go the extra mile reflect the true spirit of being invested.
