Officer Highlight: Officer Ryan Horne

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Ryan Horne.

Since joining the team in June, Ofc. Horne has demonstrated a strong commitment to our core value. Whether stepping up to cover additional shifts or communicating proactively when challenges arise, he has modeled what it means to have resolve and be invested. His professionalism and dedication to keeping operations running smoothly reflect our core purpose.

Ofc. Horne’s leadership and teamwork have also stood out through his willingness to mentor others and support fellow officers. He took initiative in assisting with training, sharing his district knowledge and setting a strong example of what it means to lead with humility.
