Officer Highlight: Corporal Jacob Ashbaugh

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Corporal Jacob Ashbaugh.

Since starting with NEI in July 2025, Cpl. Ashbaugh has consistently shown what it means to be invested and humble. He jumped right in by learning multiple onsite locations and picking up extra shifts, always willing to support the team wherever needed.

That same drive carried him from his role as an onsite officer to interviewing for and joining the Dispatch Team as a Night Dispatcher in November 2025, where his calm presence has made an immediate impact. Cpl. Ashbaugh excelled in Leadership Class, demonstrating a strong understanding of teamwork, growth, and accountability. His performance earned him the rank ofCorporal, a reflection of his resolve and desire to lead by example. Each day on shift, he embodies our core purpose, Be Valuable. Because Nothing Less Will Do.
