Happy New Year

Happy New Year

Well, guys, we did it. Today is the last day of 2025. Northwest Enforcements’ 25th year is behind us, and we’re moving into our 26th year. It’s been an amazing ride. And while this year didn’t make us perfect, I think it did make us better. I think we worked harder, and we did some great things, and we learned some stuff in the process.

And I think that’s really all we can ever ask of ourselves is to continue to improve and get better at what we did. We didn’t walk alone in this journey together. And that kind of makes all the difference. We didn’t do it alone. We did it together. And that really does make the difference. That together we can accomplish more than any one of us can accomplish on our own.

It goes back to our core values and our focus that we work together to accomplish great things. And we band together like brothers and sisters, like a family, because that’s what matters. And next year doesn’t need a new version of us. It really doesn’t; it doesn’t need a new version. It just needs a sharper one.

And so if you’re going to have a sharper version of yourself, we’re going to have to take inventory of our mistakes and lean into what we’ve learned and hit the ground running tomorrow, because tomorrow is a new year. So I wanted to just say thank you from Karen and I and the boys and the leadership team, the executive leadership team.

Thank you so much for all of your dedication, long hours, hard work, answering the phone, and saying yes to overtime shifts, and all the great things that you have done in 2025. And we’re looking forward to 2026. It’s going to be a better year, it’s going to be a better year for sure because you’re in it.

It’s going to be a better year for sure because we learned from last year, and we are going to be better. So, thank you for all the hard work. Thank you for sticking with us. Thank you for doing the great things that you do every day. Our clients appreciate you. We appreciate you. And if you’re going out tonight, be safe, make good decisions.

If you’re on patrol tonight, be safe, make good decisions. All of those things matter. I want to see you next year. So, God bless you. Have a wonderful, exciting rest of the last few minutes of this year, and I’ll see you guys in the new year. God bless. Bye. See you.
