Officer Highlight: Officer Dylan Thorpe

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week, we are honored to be highlighting Officer Dylan Thorpe.

Since starting with Northwest Enforcement in June 2025, Ofc. Thorpe has consistently demonstrated what it means to be invested in both the team and the clients we serve. He regularly picks up extra shifts and steps in to support fellow officers, whether that means assisting with additional patrols or helping take calls. His willingness to show up when it matters most helps ensure continuity of service and reinforces trust across our sites.

Ofc. Thorpe has also shown strong resolve and professionalism when faced with challenges. When short-staffed, he has successfully maintained coverage and service for all clients. He takes constructive criticism seriously, applies it, and strives to improve without repeating mistakes. Just as importantly, he is willing to ask for help when needed, showing humility and a team-first mindset.
