Officer Highlight: Sergeant Summer Miller

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Sergeant Summer Miller.

Since joining the NEI team in August 2023, Sgt. Miller has consistently demonstrated what it means to be invested in both people and process. She chose to take Leadership Class for a second time, not only completing the work herself but also stepping up to mentor two other team members. Her willingness to support others while continuing to grow herself speaks to her humility.

Sgt. Miller has also shown strong resolve and leadership through her transition from Night Dispatch to Day Dispatch, where she has taken on a variety of special projects and was awarded the rank of Sergeant at the conclusion of Leadership Class. She continues to look for ways to improve operations between the office and the field, regularly picks up onsite and patrol shifts, and is always focused on helping others improve and grow. Her mindset reflects our core purpose to Be Valuable. Because Nothing Less Will Do.
