Officer Highlight: Officer Timothy Rupe

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week, we are honored to be highlighting Officer Timothy Rupe.

Ofc. Rupe has quickly become a trusted presence within his assigned school. His calm, approachable demeanor and consistently positive attitude set the tone each day, and it shows in the strong relationships he’s built with students and staff alike. By leading with humility and professionalism, he creates an environment where people feel safe, supported, and respected. Each shift he shows what it means to Be Valuable.

Ofc. Rupe also exemplifies what it means to be invested and to show resolve for the team. He willingly steps up to pick up additional shifts, ensuring continued coverage and support wherever needed. His reliability and team-first mindset make a real impact, strengthening both our operations and the communities we serve.
