Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Eric Horness.

Ofc. Horness consistently demonstrates what it means to be transparent in his role as an Onsite Officer. His attention to detail and proactive communication with the client set a strong standard for professionalism. He has set the bar for reporting, often taking the extra step to ask for feedback how to report, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and accountability in every situation.

Throughout each overnight shift, Ofc. Horness shows resolve by remaining diligent with access control and documenting multiple unsecured property issues. His thorough reporting and steady presence help protect the site and reinforce NEI’s core purpose to Be Valuable. His dedicated reporting directly contributes to the safety, security, and trust our clients rely on.
