Officer Highlight: Officer Artem Serov

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Artem Serov.

Ofc. Serov has consistently delivered high-quality service to clients by demonstrating a strong understanding of his patrol district and maintaining dependable performance on every shift. His mastery of his assigned areas has allowed him to assist teammates when time permits, reinforcing a team-first mindset and showing what it means to be truly invested in the success of the operation.

He has also shown a clear willingness to support the team by covering onsite assignments, whether that means coming in early or staying late. His willingness to lend a hand, even while learning new districts, shows not only his reliability but also his commitment to Be Valuable.
