Officer Highlight: Officer Patrick Yaple

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week, we are honored to be highlighting Officer Patrick Yaple.

Since joining NEI in February 2026, Ofc. Yaple has quickly made a name for himself as a flexible, dependable presence on the patrol team. His attendance has been excellent, and he is consistently willing to pick up extra shifts when the team needs coverage. That kind of reliability so early in his time with NEI reflects an officer who is genuinely invested in the work and the people around him.

He has also shown a real eagerness to grow. Ofc. Yaple catches on quickly, asks great questions, and jumps at extra training opportunities whenever they are available. It is a clear example of what it means to Be Valuable. He stays humble, sharpens his skills, and shows up ready to give clients the thorough, professional service they count on.
