Officer Highlight: Officer Shelby York

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Shelby York.

Officer York has quickly become a valued part of the team since joining NEI last year. She steps up to pick up shifts when needed and supports her teammates by sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive team environment. That kind of collaboration reflects an officer who is genuinely invested in the people around her and the success of the team as a whole.

She also brings excellent customer service to her post, supporting clients in a professional and effective manner every time. Officer York shows strong initiative, identifying issues on site and working toward practical solutions. It is a clear example of what it means to Be Valuable. She stays humble, thinks ahead, and delivers the kind of thoughtful, dependable service clients count on.
