Officer Highlight: Officer Robert Henry

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Robert Henry.

Officer Henry has been with NEI for just over 90 days, and in that short time he has already shown the kind of steady presence that makes a real difference on patrol. He shows up ready to work every shift, and that consistency has quickly earned the trust of his teammates. It is the kind of resolve you notice right away in a new officer.

He is also genuinely eager to grow. Officer Henry stays flexible when the team needs him, jumps in where he can help, and asks the kind of thoughtful questions that show he wants to get it right. It is a clear example of what it means to Be Valuable. He stays humble, keeps learning, and brings that same care to every property he patrols.
