Officer Highlight: Officer Beau Vandervort

Here at Northwest Enforcement, we pride ourselves on hiring some of the best officers out there. From time to time, we have an officer that goes above and beyond, which proves even more what rockstar officers we have! This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Beau Vandervort.

Officer Vandervort has a real gift for connecting with people, and it shows up in everything he does. He works at a site where customer service is a huge part of the job, and he consistently delivers the kind of experience that leaves a lasting impression. Clients have taken notice too. We have received multiple kudos calling out just how well he represents NEI on their properties.

His flexibility is just as impressive. Officer Vandervort has cross-trained at two higher-profile sites that are very different from one another, and he is thriving at both. It is a clear example of what it means to Be Valuable. Nothing Less Will Do. He shows up invested in every post, communicates with real transparency, and gives clients a teammate they can genuinely rely on.
